TP4070 - The TP4070 is a 7-inch HMI operator panel with integrated PLC, featuring a capacitive touch screen and metal enclosure for installation via hooks. Designed for industrial automation and machine control applications, it offers reliability, ease of integration, and high performance.

Mect offers a range of HMI operator panels with integrated PLC, designed for Industry 4.0 and suitable for a wide range of applications. These panels, entirely manufactured in Italy, stand out for their compactness and high degree of customization. They are available in different sizes, with horizontal or vertical monitors, and offer wide connectivity thanks to USB, Ethernet (Modbus TCP (client/server)), CAN (CANopen) and RS485 (Modbus RTU (master/slave)) ports.

  • TP1043: This model has a 4.3-inch touch-screen monitor and supports Modbus RTU (master/slave) or CANopen, Modbus TCP (client/server) and TCPRTU protocols over Ethernet interface.
  • TP1070: With a 7" touch-screen monitor, this model offers a larger display area. It supports Modbus RTU (master/slave) and CANopen (optional), Modbus TCP (client/server) and TCPRTU protocols over Ethernet interface.
  • TP4070: With a 7-inch capacitive touch-screen monitor, the TP4070 offers a modern, responsive operator interface suitable for industrial automation and machine control applications. The device integrates a programmable PLC and supports Modbus RTU (master/slave), Modbus TCP (client/server) and TCPRTU protocols over Ethernet interface, ensuring high connectivity and integration with industrial systems and field devices.
    With its metal housing and hook-and-loop installation system, the TP4070 is particularly suitable for OEM applications, switchboards, and automatic machines that require ruggedness, reliability, and easy mounting.

Main Features:

  • Integrated PLC: Mect operator panels integrate a PLC programmable with the 5 IEC61131-3 standard languages : Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Ladder Diagram (LD), Instruction List (IL).
  • Touch-screen: Both models have a color TFT touch-screen display, with a resolution of 480x272 for the TP1043, 800x480 for the TP1070, and 1024x600 for the TP4070.
  • Connectivity: Panels offer several connectivity options, including Ethernet, USB, RS485 and CAN, enabling communication with other devices and system expansion.
  • Expandability: It is possible to expand the system with remote input/output modules, such as MPNE1001, MPNC006, MPNC020, MPNC030 and MPNC035.
