Mect offers a range of HMI operator panels with integrated PLC, designed for Industry 4.0 and suitable for a wide range of applications. These panels, entirely manufactured in Italy, stand out for their compactness and high degree of customization. They are available in different sizes, with horizontal or vertical monitors, and offer wide connectivity thanks to USB, Ethernet (Modbus TCP (client/server)), CAN (CANopen) and RS485 (Modbus RTU (master/slave)) ports.

Available models:

  • TP1043: This model has a 4.3-inch touch-screen monitor and supports Modbus RTU (master/slave) or CANopen, Modbus TCP (client/server) and TCPRTU protocols over Ethernet interface.
  • TP1070: With a 7" touch-screen monitor, this model offers a larger display area. It supports Modbus RTU (master/slave) and CANopen (optional), Modbus TCP (client/server) and TCPRTU protocols over Ethernet interface.

Main Features:

  • Integrated PLC: Mect operator panels integrate a PLC programmable with the 5 IEC61131-3 standard languages : Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Ladder Diagram (LD), Instruction List (IL).
  • Touch-screen: Both models have a color TFT touch-screen display, with a resolution of 480x272 for the TP1043 and 800x480 for the TP1070.
  • Connectivity: Panels offer several connectivity options, including Ethernet, USB, RS485 and CAN, enabling communication with other devices and system expansion.
  • Expandability: It is possible to expand the system with remote input/output modules, such as MPNE1001, MPNC006, MPNC020, MPNC030 and MPNC035.
  • Open Source Software: The panels use Mect Suite software, which is released in Open Source and includes the Qt graphics libraries. This software does not require annual license renewal, and updates are included for all customers.
  • Remote Connection: With the sMily service, you can control the device remotely, making these panels ideal for Industry 4.0.
