12” HMI operator panel with soft PLC and digital inputs / outputs

Based on a CM4 architecture, the TPX4120 operator panel of the CM series is a PLC with a 12" human-machine interface device with a capacitive touch-screen that integrates the QT graphic libraries and the 5 standard IEC 61131-3 PLC languages.

The operator panel with soft PLC can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical monitor. The "MECT SUITE CM serie" software is released in OpenSource.

It is available the Remote Connection and Monitoring service sMily, essential for Industry 4.0 / 5.0, to remotely control your device, from anywhere at anytime.

Description

On the TPX4120 operator panel with PLC, there are both digital inputs and outputs of PNP type directly on the extractable terminal block.

The TPX4120 operator panel with soft PLC is equipped with Modbus RTU protocols on RS485 interface (2 ports), Modbus TCP and TCPRTU on Ethernet interface.

The 2 USB ports are used as a host for datalogging and software updates, as a device for mass-storage or to connect barcode or RFID readers rather than printers

SOFTWARE

To configure your PLC operator panel TPX4120 con soft PLC is available the "MECT SUITE serie CM" software.

"MECT SUITE serie CM" contains the software to configure the system and to create the PLC and HMI graphics applications:

Qt Creator:

Generate graphics HMI application (graphics pages);
Generation and definition of the system variables;
Configuration of the communication parameters;
Operator Panel preliminary setting;
Easy insertion of elements associated to PLC variables;
Ready pages for recording / logging / trends / network;
Use, if necessary, Qt / C++ code;
HMI application debug.

ATCMControl:

Generation PLC application (in 5 IEC 61131-3 languages);
In addition to several libraries are available those of PID and Self-tuning;
PLC application debug.

On soft PLC operator panel TPX4120 model thousand of retentive variables are available (the value is maintained during the power off of the HMI).
